Team Seats
Invite team members to your Zilch account so they can view and manage assessments, products, and reports alongside you.
Team seats are available on Starter and above plans. The number of seats included depends on your plan.
Inviting a team member
- Go to Profile → Team in your Zilch account.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address and name.
- Click Send.
They'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once accepted, they'll appear as active in your team list.
Invites expire after 7 days. If they don't receive the email, ask them to check their spam folder. You can resend or cancel a pending invite from the Team settings page.
Removing a team member
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Find the team member and click Remove.
- Confirm the removal.
Their access is revoked immediately. Any assessments or products they created remain in the account.
Seat limits
If you've reached your plan's seat limit, you'll need to remove an existing member before inviting a new one, or upgrade your plan to add more seats.
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing or contact us.
